Workplace Violence- Are you at Risk? Part I

In a medical office, personal and professional disputes leading to workplace violence may arise among co-workers, as well as between workers and patients or their families. Disagreements over how work should be performed, personal problems, reactions to bad news about one's health situation, and many other circumstances can result in threats or acts of violence.
